Early life and education
Dr. Satish was born in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, to Kilaparthy Samba Murthy. He completed his early education in his hometown before moving to pursue higher studies.
He earned a degree in Business Management and later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Mysore. He was later awarded an honorary doctorate in recognition of his contributions to business leadership and community service.
Career
Dr. Satish began his career in Bengaluru, working in the sales and marketing of reference books and educational publications. His early professional experience involved extensive field operations and direct customer interaction.
During the period of rapid urbanisation in Bengaluru, he transitioned into the real estate sector. He entered residential property marketing in 2005 and went on to establish DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd. in 2007.
