Dr. Parvesh Kumar Tiwari (born 15 July 1981) is an Indian executive, consultant, social worker, media professional and human rights advocate. He is best known for serving as the Executive Director of the Vikram Group of Companies and for his contributions to human rights awareness, legal literacy, social welfare, media engagement and community development initiatives across India.
Dr. Tiwari has been associated with several national organizations involved in human rights advocacy, anti-corruption initiatives, legal aid, media development and social service. Through his professional and social engagements, he has promoted ethical leadership, social responsibility, youth empowerment and public awareness.
Early life and education
Dr. Parvesh Kumar Tiwari was born in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, on 15 July 1981. He was raised in a family that valued education, discipline and public service.
His father, Late Shri Ram Narayan Tiwari, served as Personal Secretary to the Director General of Home Guards, Chhattisgarh, while his mother, Smt. Hemwati Tiwari, is a homemaker.
He completed his schooling at Saraswati Higher Secondary School, Rewa. After completing his school education, he pursued studies in computer science, electronics, information technology, management and human rights.
Dr. Tiwari earned a graduation degree in Computer Science from Model Science College, Rewa. He subsequently completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Hardware and Software as well as a postgraduate degree in Electronics from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. He also obtained Cisco Certification from Cisco Systems, United States, and later completed an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University. In addition, he received a Diploma in Human Rights from the International Institute of Human Rights Studies.
Career
Dr. Tiwari has built a professional career spanning administration, management, consultancy, information technology and organizational leadership.
He serves as the Executive Director of the Vikram Group of Companies, where he is involved in strategic planning, operational management, organizational development and business administration. Under his leadership approach, emphasis has been placed on professional excellence, ethical management practices and long-term organizational growth.
Apart from his corporate responsibilities, Dr. Tiwari also works as an independent consultant and advisor. His consultancy work includes project management, leadership development, organizational growth strategies, professional mentoring and administrative planning.

They have also received formal training in Kathak and Bharatanatyam through Natraj Nritya Kala Kendra, Raipur, an institution affiliated with Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh, Chhattisgarh.
