Early life
Raju Akurathi was born in China Tadepalligudem in Tadepalligudem, located in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. Growing up in a modest family environment, he developed an early awareness of the challenges faced by youth in accessing stable employment.
He shares a close bond with his sister, Divya, who later ventured into business and became an entrepreneur.
Education
Raju completed his schooling at ZPPH High School, Kadiyadda in 2013. He continued his intermediate education at Sri Pragathi Junior College.
He pursued higher education in Mechanical Engineering at the West Godavari Institute of Science and Technology (WISE), graduating in 2019. During his academic years, he cultivated an interest in leadership and community-oriented initiatives.

After earning his engineering degree, Raju began working in the recruitment sector. His experience in talent acquisition exposed structural gaps between skilled candidates and hiring organisations.
Motivated to address these challenges, he partnered with Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa to establish RD Ideal Bridge Private Limited. The company is headquartered in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
