He is the Managing Director of Izusa Diamond Jewellery Private Limited, a company recognised for making certified diamond jewellery affordable and accessible to a broad segment of Indian consumers.

Early life and education

Sunny Verma was born in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, where he spent his early years. Coming from a small-town background, he was shaped by values of discipline, patience, and perseverance, which later influenced his professional journey.

He completed his school education at Shibli National Inter College, Azamgarh. With aspirations to gain international business knowledge, Sunny moved abroad to pursue an MBA in Marketing from the D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia. His academic exposure overseas helped him develop strategic thinking and fluency in Hindi, English, and Russian.

Career

After returning to India, Sunny Verma set out to restructure and modernise his family’s jewellery business. With a clear vision to create a scalable and customer-focused brand, he founded Izusa Diamond Jewellery Private Limited.

The company was built around the guiding philosophy “Humara Sapna Hai, Har Koi Pehan Sake Heera Apna”. Under Sunny’s leadership, Izusa expanded its footprint through an organised dealer and franchise network across multiple regions of India.

Beyond jewellery, he diversified the brand portfolio by introducing Izusa Diamond OUD, a premium fragrance line positioned as a luxury lifestyle offering.
